1. Service Use

EverFable is an AI tool for generating children's stories. You agree to use it responsibly and not attempt to generate offensive, harmful, or illegal content.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Plans: we offer monthly and annual subscription plans that provide access to extended features.
• Payments: payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from the management portal and keep Premium access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: we do not offer partial refunds for unused periods unless required by local law.

3. AI-Generated Content

Stories are generated by artificial intelligence through Google Gemini. Although we filter content to keep it family-friendly, AI can make mistakes and users are responsible for supervising reading with children.

4. Intellectual Property

The application design, code, and EverFable brand are our property. You retain rights to the specific stories you generate and save in your personal library.

5. Limitation of Liability

EverFable is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and we are not responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the application.
