At EverFable ("the App"), we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: When you sign up with Google or email through Clerk, we receive your email address and name.
- Generated content: We store the stories, characters, and preferences you create in the App so you can access them from your library.
- Usage data: We collect anonymous statistics about how you use the app to improve the service, such as the number of stories read.
2. Third-party services
We use trusted services to operate the app:
- Stripe: Processes payments securely. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Clerk: Handles authentication and user accounts securely.
- Google Gemini AI: Generates stories. Your prompt content is sent to Google to produce the text.
- Supabase: Acts as the database to store your progress securely.
3. How we use the information
We use your information only to:
- Provide and improve the EverFable service.
- Manage your subscription and access to Premium features.
- Contact you about important updates.
4. Children's safety
Although EverFable is built for families, registration and payment must be completed by an adult. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children without parental or guardian consent.
